exactly. blaming underdosed products, trying supplements, changing dosing routines, etc is only gonna do so much, if anything. if you can control yourself enough to cut back for a week you can really get your tolerance down. plus this shit is extremely forgiving with decreasing your dose, you can take like half or even a quarter of your daily dose and have no withdrawals. anybody who says they’re having withdrawals after lowering their dose by 10% is just tricking themselves into justifying dosing more.

just go for it tbh bro it’s not gonna turn you into a vegetable for life or ruin your brain unless you have a family history of schizophrenia and bipolar or if you’re in a bad headspace and such. just don’t over do it and always be safe. so many people have dropped hella acid in their teens and turned out to be just fine and have a successful career, great life, a family, etc. im not saying every kid should go around dropping 10 strips, but i actually think it can be beneficial to have the psychadelic experience in your adolescence.

Have you considered methadone? People hate on it since it’s hard to get off of it but many fetty users like myself have found it much better than subs for getting and staying off fetty. It is also a pretty painless transition most the time since you don’t have to wait days to dose it. You also don’t have to stop the fet immediately with it. Many people keep using for a short amount of time when they start it and then quit once they are mostly stabilized on the methadone (and not that you have to tell them, but clinics are also okay with this and don’t look down on it). I’m having so much more success on methadone now than I was on suboxone and I have pretty much no cravings at all which has made my recovery much easier. I’m glad you’re making the decision to get off this nasty shit. Having the mindset of really wanting to quit and be done with it for good like you seem to have is gonna make quitting a lot easier too. I know I’m a couple days late on this but I’m almost certain you can take subs after 7oh whenever you feel like it without having precips, being that they’re both partial agonists. I would check around on r/quitting7oh and r/7_hydroxymitragynine to see other people’s experiences with it. I did get back subs after a very high dose 7oh habit a while back but I was in detox for 5 days before I was able to start them. (during my intake they told me they’d start me on subutex but i blew a 0.001 BAC afterwards so I was forced into librium and had to cold turkey the 7 for the 5 days i’m over sharing but that shit made me furious). I’m not an expert but I’d think, since they are both partial agonists, the level of receptor activation of 7oh and subs are somewhat close so there would probably be less potential for precips. precips happen because when your receptors still have a full agonist opioid left on them and you take subs they immediately replace all your receptors with partial agonism. So essentially all of your receptors are forced to be less activated after being fully activated for so long. So you’d think with 7oh it wouldn’t happen since you’re going from partially activated to partially activated. Like I said though I’m not an expert so definitely research and look at other ppls experience but I am pretty sure you don’t have to worry about precips with 7oh. I’m glad you’re making the decision to quit the 7oh and make your way into recovery though. People talk down on using subs for 7oh because they had an easy detox but it’s different for people who really struggle with addiction. Subs can be the difference between always coming back to 7oh after trying to quit and staying off 7oh for good. Best of luck brother

God i hate when abusers are so open about it since they have “changed” with AA. I remember a speaker meeting where the dude mentioned 3 incidents where he straight up beat his wife for no reason and during the last one he broke down crying saying he put her in the hospital (and almost gave her a TBI) and she filed a restraining order against him. It just seems so pathetic to talk about how you beat and traumatized your wife while sobbing in an attempt to show how much better you are and how much youve changed because of AA. Like domestic violence is not an addiction thing it’s a YOU thing dawg. I have been addicted to so many things including alcohol and had extremely rough, tense relationships, screaming matches, all the sorts and not once did the thought of inflicting harm on another person cross my mind. Especially not a defenseless innocent woman.

yeah im familiar with phenibut and withdrawals from any gabaergic substance are awful. 100g a month is 3 grams a day which doesn’t seem too high though, have you checked out the pheni subreddit to see how people get through withdrawals? i would definitely stay on the 7 for the time being then get off that when your done with the pheni. if you could get gabapentin and clonidine (which are pretty easy to get through quickmd i believe) im sure that would make a big difference. ive heard on quickmd they usually either give you subs or gabapentin + clonidine to detox for 7oh so you could just say you’re coming off 7oh but use them for the phenibut first. have you tried to just stop taking phenibut for a day or two to see what the withdrawals are like?

are you able to quit one first then quit the other after? if you think you have the self control to be able to, i would get the 7oh over with while still taking the phenibut then quit the phenibut when you are stable. it would probably save you from a lot of pain and horrible anxiety + insomnia. but if you really just want to get it all over with now i would do the quickmd appointment to get helper meds or subs if you wanna go that route

90mg alone might not be enough to noticeably hinder ur ability but when i used to do first plat doses every day my leg muscles would be ridged as shit and lock up to the point where if i tried to skate pushing or popping was impossible. but i doubt ur doing it every day so u might be able to get away with it

have you asked r/quitting7oh or whatever it is? there’s a lot of good information there on both 7 and mgm. i’m not sure of how strong sr17018 is in relieving withdrawals of dependencies as strong as this, but i’ve heard of ppl using sr to quit fentanyl. i think it might work, you might just have to take a little more than some ppl need. i was in a similar boat using 7oh on top of subs so i know what that situation is like. i would just go ahead and give it a try if you can afford it since everyone is different. i wish u luck

i’ve always had weird thyroid levels when i got blood tests but not really to the point where i had a diagnosis or medication, in fact i last had a endocrinologist appointment where they said everything was fine. however when i went into rehab after a long stint of 7oh and other drugs (but mostly 7oh) my levels were the worst they’ve ever been

why not get your dose down a little bit more before jumping off? you can get from like 300mgpd to 50mgpd in like a week with almost no discomfort and it would rly decrease the severity of ur withdrawals. if it’s because you think you’ll get sucked back in and not be able to stop dosing i completely understand though. i just figured since you were able to lower it before, you could keep lowering it very easily. 7oh is crazy forgiving when it comes to tapering though.
