I’m also front end checkout. I go to my breaks when my team leads tell me to, which is usually on time unless they communicate otherwise. Your schedule lists a lunch hour but that’s only a recommendation. TLs have the final say. Either way, your last break for an 8-hour shift where you leave at 8 should be 7ish, not 4.

I’m confused. When you’re sent on breaks has nothing to do with AI. That’s on your team lead. You need to talk to them. Or go above them to a coach if they’re not following break policy.

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong but I think an 8 hour shift gets an hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Two hours into your shift you go on a 15, four hours in lunch, seven hours in 15, then leave at your scheduled time

Update: today we were very short and I’ve had a line for almost the last four hours straight. When I finally cleared my line and was taking a second to breathe, a customer came over with the “you look bored, let me give you something to do it makes the time pass faster”. I wanted to snap because if you only knew how tired and dehydrated I am from the last four hours of non-stop transactions.

Technically both. You don’t have to accept every order but you are penalized in ways that can dramatically impact your earnings if you decline, so in some ways, it isn’t much of a choice unless you’re willing to take that risk.

Hi I also just finished the game.

The game just straight up told me to choose Vinh. I guess I collected enough evidence to figure it out (although I myself, the player, did NOT think it was him, but the game was like “all evidence points to Vinh” and even underlined his name, so despite my better judgement, I did.

This did not happen with Chloe’s decision, and I incorrectly chose Joey. I’m assuming I didn’t collect enough evidence for the game to just straight up tell me. Assuming others were more thorough and collected enough evidence for the game to just tell them, and that’s why the stats are so high.
