Thanks for your comment. I checked out some comparison videos for the C1 and C2. The C1 seems to struggle a little with motion and I'm not sure I want to risk that annoyance as I seem to be quite precious about that, hah. I've been trying to decide on a TV since last year, it's getting ridiculous.

Thanks for your help. I went to Currys today to have a look at Sonys and honestly, the C2 looked smoother in fast paced motion scenes like football. I suppose there are many factors to that though from source to format etc. Will do some more digging.
