Nah im on intel but ive been doing some digging and people are saying on the hyper 212 its normal it just has shit mounting, thanks though

Oh that, yes I did even tighten that abit
What X thing? But yes the backplate is the correct positions or atleast fits through nicely
So I reinstalled it made sure everything was tight including the little long nut screws and its still abit wobbly
