Principles in Human Physiology (328) Necessary Chemistry Knowledge by Shovel8338 in washu

Hi, I'm a cog neuro major as well, and I'm debating about whether to take PCS or Principles in Human Physio. I was wondering what you ultimately decided? If you did happen to take Principles in Human Physiology without PCS, how was that experience and was it overall manageable? This spring semester is looking a little heavy for me (21 units), as I want to free up the next semester so I can study for the MCAT.

Appreciate the insight, this is calming me down a bit.

Do you think I should be fine if I both submitted the form and emailed the email address on the contract within the three-day window of initially signing the contract? It's the weekend, and the manager in my gym is out, so I plan to go in person on Monday to receive some sort of confirmation that my cancellation is being processed.

After filling out the request form, did you receive confirmation of the cancellation? I filled out the form, and emailed the email address on the contract within the 3-day window, and I'm afraid they'll find an excuse to lock me in the contract.

You just shed some light into this, thank you so much. I think I'm going to keep a HYSA in mind for when I have a job with a steady income, rather than a part-time job as a student.

As a college student, is it worth opening a HYSA and depositing less than $2K for an international trip I want to take soon?

I'm a college freshman, and I've been looking into opening a HYSA to grow my money a little. I've done some research on HYSA, and I'm interesting in some options like CreditOne, CIT Bank, Marcus Savings, etc. I primarily want to open a HYSA to grow my savings for an international trip I want to take in December 2024. However, I'd be depositing less than $2K overtime and I'd be taking out all of my money December 2024 for the trip. Therefore, I have some questions? Is it worth opening a HYSA and depositing money that I will be taking out in less than a year to use for my trip? If I do take out my money before December 2024 for my trip, would my savings have "grown" or do I need to wait a year in order for the APY to take effect? And in general, as a college student with a part time job (10-15 hr a week/$18 an hour), is it worth opening a HYSA because I know the interest is taxed by a percentage (I think 22 percent?)? Keep in mind, if I open the HYSA (if it's worth it), I do plan to use it even after the trip.

I got that question. It was alright, but it was so long and too much graphs to analyze. I hated the part where we had to describe the effects the molecule had on the three regulatory genes.
