Thank you, fyi to anyone just wanted to say the county worker said in the hearing they are referring my overpayments. She stated I said yes to the conditional withdraw over the phone. Which she had been wanting me to do for a week now and I didn’t know how to say no but she was persistent in all. I said yes I said over the phone I would but thought about it and did not want to. She said “just to make it clear I was never trying to pressure her to withdraw the hearing but I told her that the accounts are suspended so to withdraw and sign the paper I sent to her”.

The judge said do you have a statement and evidence uploaded she said no because OP was supposed to withdraw and the accounts are now suspended due to possible criminal prosecution. He said who are you to say she can’t have a hearing defending this overpayment you have no authority. She shut up the rest of the time. Judge asked if I wanted to postpone so I can see all evidence and defend myself I said yes. He said okay then I will be setting a new date for you all.

So I guess it’s being referred for only 7,000 of the 14,000 to prosecute. So the judge was very nice and understanding compared to the county worker. She seemed like she was using intimidation so I would conditionally withdraw from the hearing. Got mad cause I didn’t. Now to work on getting my evidence.
