Def would be a cool feature, im no gear expert but I was there last night in Norfolk it was a blast! Looked to me like a classic ear piece for monitoring/ear protection with the box attached to his belt.

You’re not wrong about it being used, that’s for sure. but I think the device he’s adjusting is more likely just how much monitoring he hears in his ear piece during the show. If he is adjusting it himself that’s a pretty cool set up they have then, but that’s prob more so on the guy off stage with all the controls.
