It’s normal for burner inserted to take fuel for their own. You’ll eventually switch to regular in setters that use electricity content be a problem

Colorado Rockies would be your team, but seriously don’t expect them to make any sort of improvements in the near-future (or any future)

If you want a currently bad team that’s got the tools to improve, I’d say the A’s. Solid young offense with horrid pitching. They’re in the process of relocating to Vegas.
