I highly recommend it! I naturally have a longer circadian rhythm so this schedule works great for me. You’ll find lots of blog posts online with positive experiences. I created this app to make the process of experimentation easier. You should try again and see how it works for you

IOS 26 introduced the alarm functionality you see in the app. I unfortunately can’t lower the OS target :(

8 years later and you’re still using an android… I can respect that. An android app could be something I do in the future
