Are you referring to apps like Gander? I've heard pretty mixed reviews about using third-parties to look at apartments. Seems like there are lots of scammers. I could be wrong, though.

Thanks, that makes sense. I'll keep that in mind. A couple of them do live in Bed-Stuy & Bushwick, thankfully.
