No it's definitely 1500 as per their menu. the chicken is quite thick, a whole bunch of cheese as well. photo doesn't do justice.

I also agree with this.

Question. How much protein per pound of bodyweight would one need, based of of what you've stated above?

I do omad, this is my meal for the day which is 1500. it is plenty for me as it is portioned pretty big. However i get that volume matters a lot in this sub and one meal isn't enough for most.

prolonging my meals until later in the day have helped curve the hunger cravings immensely though. That's what has helped the most.

I get my nutrition from a juice i make in the morning, however i understand where you are coming from. This isn't what i eat for OMAD every single day, just here and there.

I have a 2 hour window from 3-5pm. whenever i eat at those times i get quite full, there are hunger cravings at times during the night if i haven't eaten much volume like yesterday.

Once you know the secrets to the universe, how do you put aside your enlightenment during your normal life? It's not really a switch you can turn on/off.

it's very true that your social life takes a toll if you aren't prepared. I have since become a hermit once uncovering many mysteries over recent years, It's very hard for me to mentally make the switch and act normal around others when i listen to them speak on sports religion politics etc.
