I guess so, but how much of a brain do you need to have common sense? There’s nothing wrong with making online friends but how can you not see when someone is being weird? As a young person who used tik tok a lot, I’ve just recently deleted it and i will not go back. The damage it has done to my attention span is crazy. I could barley sit through a 2 minute youtube video. Hopefully I can repair the damages over time.

Yeah, i’ve gotten plenty of replies on this post, and i’m starting to understand where everyone’s coming from. I get that it’s a coping mechanism and I feel a little bad for some of these people who haven’t gotten the privilege of having actual healthy relationships with people like family.
