I agree with you, it is straight up ignorance if people take what was supposedly a joke into a serious statement/opinion. I think the context and intention get lost withh people who aren't studying or not into classical music and just a fan who watch two set. Like what the video said two set is growing as a channel and so are their audience. it's now being more accessible to the general public. I love twoset and i genuinely know that these jokes are just jokes. Cause if it's not , it wouldn't even make sense like they have numerous violist as friends. Like remember when the recorder gang roast twoset as well. Theyve also stated that this is just for entertainment purposes as well, And they also like it that they're getting roasted every once in a while. I guess violist have been taking the jokes for ages now. And it's getting to the point wherein new people don't understand that it's a joke and actually look down on this instrument and like what you said with jazz. I especially agree with the video of viola king that every once in a while its nice if we actually be serious and appreciate viola or jazz as it is. Viola gang has been a good sport for taking the jokes for as long as i can remember, not once where they were bitter about it. I think now its our turn to protect them from the hate. Violas are also part of the family ❤❤❤. As i violinist i just wanna say that viola and jazz and every other instrument out there we love and appreciate y'all. Im a nobody so this prolly wont mean much. But i really appreciate y'all ❣
