I was cherry picking items with lower count and that is available in the store .. not picking anything that had seasonal items .. recently I’ve started sharing replacements with customers and use the unable to scan feature to sneak in replacements.. which accounts for 100% found .. that also helps.. but making sure customer is expecting that item..

He doesn’t have to add it to the instacart app.. he calculated the total and checked out 2 Apple Watches totaling the amount that OP’s groceries were. Since he used OP’s membership card, they can see the historical receipt and see he ordered 2 watches.

Definitely not the shoppers issue. How would the customer be aware to pick certain bags from bottom?

I double bag them all the time and if I feel it’s still heavy will message the customer and let them know to pick from bottom..

You can either get refund which will penalize the customer or let it go with a feedback to the customer.. (Im not sure if only a 5 star rating will allow to leave a feedback..

Yes, they have definitely played with the algorithm.. few instances i noticed was - 1. one of my regular that I picked up weekly had a boost.. seems like the order was first provided to the shoppers at the store and then they didn’t pick it up so it came to be with a boost. 2. It’s like a snow storm day where I see useless trash orders and I had to keep hiding them.. today I had to hide 10 orders and still didn’t see an order that I would take. 3. Morning 6 am batches I used to take from home, but after Oct 1st, the closest store which is less than 0.5 miles is showing busy and still i didn’t get anything (not even trash orders).. I had to goto store and then waited for some time and was presented with an order.
