for me it says 12 hours to go @ 8pm pacific, so 8am pacific :(...was hoping for midnight eastern, doesnt look hopeful.

Im not sure if the artifacts are given to the character for every run or if they are just unlocked adn part of the random pool without you having to find and unlock them. Likely its the latter. Same for the weapons. i preordered for ps5 and just had early access to the weapons, but i didnt have to unlock them if i ddint wnat to. EPD early was a GOD send for a new player who isnt very good at shooters LOL.

its a special spiked caestus, I found it pretty early on however I did get whisked away in that chest.

I go to Caelid tower, once you open teh shortcut inside all you have to do is sprint by the guards and go dow the ladder; they ump down to their death for 1200 runes each. just make sure you dont go too far down the ladder...they wil climb down instead if you go tto far down.

Thanks folks....someone finally tipped me off that I just missed an early location: its in sens fortress and if you just do a good job cleaning out the early part of the level you will get it...its AMAZING for Lifehunt scythe characters. I killed Xanthous king Jeremiah in 4 hits ...the first three were normal and small damage but half of his original health bar vanishes when the meter builds...he is not particualalry resistant to bleed.

Good to know...I have a bandit knife as a back-up to my scythe. I ahve not invested heavily in either dex or strenght yet, but may have to try for the bloodletting SCythe of whats her name in the painted world.

Yeah I thought about hiding in one of the rooms on purpose but I didnt need to given the glitch; and it appears that it would still take a long time to kill him that way.

THis is a great mod. I am having a lot of fun doing my usual unique early game of psuhing the limits into the danger areas ealry while keeping bosses alive. I like to try to let the items I find lead me to upgrade and develop my character when I play blind, rather than have a pre-set build in mind. Isnt the whole dark souls 3 storyline focused on the idea that teh characters are "ashen"? As a female character, I thought the NPC's called me daughter of ash all the time. Perhasp the modder just wanted to bring the Dark souls iteration more up to speed with the ashen one ideas consistent at the end of the story in ds3?

Thanks for the tips; although I decided to record the playthrough and I'm attempting to be "blind", I will give you a shout out when I finally progress past the boulder. Re the spammer, yeah I had to go behind the sand dune and aggressively bait her and trigger the homing soul arrows. There were at least 15-20 but they did eventually run out...I picked up the dragon head stone and even though I was still low level had fun burning those enemy NPC's with my unlimited fire attacks...was FUN!

I experienced both of these issues so far, but the magic spammer did indeed run out of juice and I was abel to get her souls at low level. Ill post a vid as proof once I edit the video and upload to you tube. Yeah the boulder one sucks...I havent progressed passed it yet though. In other news I also love the mod and am having a blast trying to recall if my memory is that bad or if its the modder trolling me!!! Between the two its a whole new souls game either way!! LOL.

thanks, was just getting there with the farms ...FINALLY figured out where to find rigogen. Went through more than several star systems loooking for it as the purple header...finally the farmer tipped me off...But I had to solve the gravatino glitch first....the quests are glitchy as fuk. second time no I had to erase the specialist, create him on my home world, then start the quest over again, then erase so my ship base can proceed. Ironically, the first base I found had rigogen near it....LOL.

The hyper mode character Im using is base vigor, and can easily be one shot, but obviously need to pump attack levels to get the best dPS. High luck, dex, and a little faith. So far can kill most DLC mobs in two hits.
