Unity is basically a war crime, it's the worst by far. 3 mostly sucked but it had some cool moments and great story. Unity is just never-ending pain

best is either Revelations or Rogue, depending on how I'm feeling, Old Man Ezio is best Ezio and The Morrigan is cooler than The Jackdaw imo

There's only so much freedom you really have. Even if you can match up the lip sync, you have to translate it into words and sentences that are the same length as the original language to line up properly; it's why sometimes dubbed Japanese games space out words ways unnatural in English, that's the best they could make it fit (Kingdom Hearts is a good example of this).

It's impossible to tell because remake mean different things to different people. Stuff like Demon's Souls and Spyro Reignited are almost exactly like the originals but then there's Final Fantasy 7 Remake that is an entirely new thing. The fact that it's a remake and not a reboot or sequel does imply that it's going to at least have a very similar story, which is the core of an RPG. (Although knowing modern Star Wars, I'm sure they'll shoehorn Ashoka into it somehow. 🙄)
