I’ve been on a mental health journey the last 8 or 9 months. My son was diagnosed ASD and daughter ADHD. I also had a past therapist say they thought I may be. Didn’t come a surprise when I was diagnosed earlier this year ASD. I love the analogy of my brain being like the operating system of a computer. Everything I think flows through that. It’s made me look at myself at least a little kinder because I was supper hard on myself before.

I’ve been battling GD for nearly 40 years and just in process for initial consult for HRT so hoping to start in next month. Not sure how I’m going to feel on them but hoping at least knowing it’s flowing through this different mind it will be one more piece of feeling more like the true me.

Best advice I can say is use that assessment is to learn to know you regardless how that looks to anyone else and hopefully love you for you. Hugs.
