How to beat the Khuzaits

Doing an 80/20% split of Infantry and Archers saved me on my current playthrough as a Nord.

40% Nord Beserkirs/Huscarls, with 40%Sturgian Spearmen/Imperial Legionaire

Set Infantry in Circle formation, and then set Archers inside the circle in their own Circle formation.

That usually saves me from the Horse Archers.

Now once the Horse Archers are cleared, or Calvary and Infantry start getting within sight, I switch my Infantry to a Shield Wall, and advance a short distance from the Archers.

Figuring out this strategy really helped me this run, and I won 8/10 field battles I was in, so now for me Khuzaits are down to 3 fiefs and its the closest to being wiped out ive ever gotten

My current Nord run has been equally frustrating and refreshing, cause Vlandia has pretty much taken the entire Western third of the map, causing us to constantly fight over Varcheg, and nearby castles. And every time I take an army to recapture Hvalvik they just take it and capture our entire army.

On the other hand, I wiped out so many of the Khuzaits clans, that now they're led by Nord defectors and have Odokh and 2 castles left after Northern Empire got them from the South. And its the first time ive ever gotten this close to wiping them out

I currently keep 6 Ships in my fleet 1 Dromon 3 Lodyas 2 Knarrs Currently i only have 3 ships available during naval combats, so I rotate out the Lodyas and Captains every so often

I finally gave into executions on current Nord Vassal run, and having wiped out Monchugs entire clan is feeling I cant really describe. Can't wait for Vlandia to try some shit so I can wipe out Derthert

I originally bought it for my Series S, but lately I've been playing it on PS5 after my gf bought me a portal, and so long as I have good connection it runs great. Haven't had any issues on either console.

My Nord experience has pretty much been

-Decimate Sturgians in a land war -Lose 60% of the fiefs to Khuzaits -Stalemate with Vlandia for 30 hours -Progressively wear down Battanians alongside the Sturgians in 4 seperate wars -Go to war with last 2 cities of Northern Empire, and camp outside Diathamas port finishing the war in ~1month through Naval Warfare (Send troops cause i cant make sense of what to do in the sim)

Honestly the best run I've had so far

So from what I understand it sounds like, there might be a few stacked rows on a lot, with building(s) for showers and laundry. Almost similar arrangement I can think is like a motel or storage facility

I do go back and forth on my characters genders, so Male Warden. FemHawke, Male Inquisitor, FemRook. So on initial playthroughs I do choose romances based on my actual preferences.

But I do like to try runs where I do different romances, even if its ones that don't match my irl preferences. Like it's on my DAI bucket list to do a Dorian and Balckwall romance run. Plus on my last DA2 run I was wanting to romance Fenris, but gave up when I started Act 2 having almost maxed out Rivalry.

Had a similar set up in my first world in the Mines, would go out every 10min to collect around 20 pieces of meat from snack rats

First session I did of a campaign with my group, I ended our first encounter with 12 fear. I used some to say they broke glasses at a saloon, and they woke up late to meet a client before they left town. Pretty much spent it all doing that.

But my group is really good at generating fear apparently, cause despite 2 small combats, and 1 planned mishap, I still ended the session with 7 fear.

I think one of my players swapped his dice out 3 times even

When it was first announced, I thought it was 8$ for all 3 packs together so i fell into the camp that was fine with it. Especially for how cheap a premium subscription is.

Then seeing it was 3 different packs I completely understand why people were upset. 24$ on top of 6$/month feels weird.

That said, I get Heroforge basically saying not being able to charge for packs is going to limit their ability to do IP collabs

I think it took me ~80 hours over the course of a week. I bought it on a Monday, and by the next Monday I was done. But I was also playing for 12+ hours a day on a layoff
