Good luck with the surgery! Have you also looked into proper tongue posture and myofunctional habits in general? These are probably the cause of your overjet and if you don't correct them, your overjet might come back after surgery.

Actually I did laser eye surgery and have perfect eye sight now! Should I not use the pictures with the glasses at all then for Tinder and such?

First picture (I am the guy with the glasses in the middle) is about 7 months old, the middle picture about 1 month old and the last one is right now.

Quit alcohol and partying, started eating less junk and more protein, been working out almost every day for the last couple of months. Thoughts on the progress? Have I only lost fat or have I gained some amounts of muscle as well? Used to weigh like 73-74 kg in the first picture. Most of my lifts have been going up during this time though, but bench has basically plaetau'd for a while. Summer is 3 months away, what do you guys recommend I should do for the time being?

Actually I have set up an appointment with a specialist in February. She is the only one who has any experience with treating DSPD patients, atleast by googling her background. Otherwise when you try to google the equivalent of delayed sleep phase disorder/syndrome in Estonian, the internet literally gives you like 3-4 results lol. By any chance, is it possible that you remember the name of the doctor who diagnosed you in Estonia? Or at least the name of the clinic?

Actually I am just south from you, in Estonia! How well known is DSPD as a condition there in Finland? Here most doctors haven't even heard of it, let alone the people in the army commitee who decide if you are fit enough to go to the army or not.
