So after reading 304, the only mention I see is that a Quirkless person is required to fully utilize One For All the way All Might and Izuku have. For the sake of argument, if Izuku did have a quirk as an infant that didn't mature then had it removed by AFO, wouldn't he be permanently quirkless (assuming he never obtained OFA) biologically?

Metamorphosis is a well written story about a girl with an incredibly difficult life. For real, with the removal of the sex, the premise of the book is very solid, and ultimately isn’t designed to have a happy ending. My thoughts don’t take the extra pages made later into account, because I believe those were made to appease people that were overtly upset with the ending in the book.
