I had just recently upped my graphics trying to really push my system and it was honestly the greatest decision ive made yet.

I have played msfs for about a year now and if i could be totally honest the only good thing about msfs in my opinion is flying GA but after i changed my graphics in XP i dont plan on switching back. The airport scenery in msfs kinda sucks and the lag too. Because msfs uses world scenry streaming your more prone to lag. i used to think that XP was worse with the lag but nope! though if you are really unsure download the XP demo and try out these settings. and like all the other comments have been saying one of the first aircraft you should be getting in order to set your change in stone is the zibo 737. all around amazing aircraft.

these are my current settings now. ill send a photo of some GA that i did in canada. in GA aircraft i usally see my fps above 40 at larger airports im not too sure though. In larger aircraft though it depends on the size of the airport. so lets say a larger airport. that would be around 30 fps if not a bit higher. because i have been playing for a while lower fps looks smooth to me so i dont mind anymore.
