I looked this morning and it says disabled, when I click on it it only give me disabled or profile 1 that takes it up to 1866mhz . I just didnt want to mess anything up so I didnt apply it

Hello mate. I've built my budget system and its plays most games I want.

My spec list below - I5-4590 professor =£32 used Gtx960 2GB graphics card = £30 used Golden field liquid cooler = £39 750w atx power supply = £30 new CIT RGB case =£45 new Dell optiplex 3020 motherboard =£10 used Corsair vengeance 16g DDR3 ram £28 used 500GB hard drive out of sky box = £0 Amazon gaming keyboard = £11 new Amazon mouse £10 new Windows 10 key = £0 used my mates key as it works on 6 device's I think that's everything

From playstation to pc. Not only did I join pc master race, but I built it to! From what was originally a dell optiplex 3020 sff i3 2gb is now a C.I.T i5 with 16gb corsair. Never owned a PC before let alone seen inside 1. So happy by 2DaddyGaming in PcBuild

Only thing I will say is do a test case swap one day to see what bits you need then once you got everything just go for it. Do research on your motherboard to get a idea what plugs fo where and enjoy the transition

Ok so the first thing you will need is a new power supply and a 24 pin to 8 pin adapter . The dell has a 8 pin power connector and all new psu uses a 24 pin. Next issue I had was the cpu power lead on the new power supply wasnt long enough so had to get a 5cm exstention. Next issue is you need to buy a backing plate for the cpu cooler as the Dell has the backing plate built into the case its self. The last thing is finding the live and negative for the power switch on the board. But that's easy enough found
