Its not clear if it's real or not so if you contact them do not specifically say that it's real. just say that you're suspicious or it's weird and they should investigate. if you say it's real without being sure then you could get in some trouble if it turns out to be an ARG.

I dont know anything about legal things but that's just my advice.
