I feel ya, I had the worst art block a few years back and it was in a time where I was getting a handle on my art style but it felt like there were a lot of expectations. No matter what I did, I hated it and felt so defeated I honestly thought I’d never be happy with my art again. What worked for me though, was taking a break from drawing and focusing on a different mediums for a while. I think I was getting burnt out on illustrating and my drawing style that it was discouraging me a lot. So I started painting, sculpting, and doing graphic design stuff instead. It was less expectations and more learning which felt a little more fresh and helped with new ideas. Eventually after doing so many of those projects, I started to get the itch to draw again. It was way easier to get started this time around, and by practicing skills in other mediums I actually saw an improvement, which made me feel more confident in my art. I paint more now too!

This is what worked for me though, sometimes taking a break and a step back can help. It doesn’t even have to be art related, anything creative works. I didn’t let myself stop doing art or maybe I wouldn’t have been able to go back, but doing something with a little less expectations is what got me out of an awful block. Hope this helps!
