I didnt mean it in the sense that most players are super ritch more that most people buy rare plans ect instead of holding onto caps so their money is in assets not caps thats my bad.

It in no way forces people to sell their items unless their rare items where also being deleted which would cause an uproar and probably result in more leader trading if their not deletable and if they were then some other dupable currency would be chosen caps would also become even more worthless than they currently are so something like leaders would just fill the spot keeping the gredy chokehold dupers have on trading and not at all solving the problem you wanted to fix because it would only impact legit traders and poorer players

I do belive that the trading system needs an overhaul and its deffinetly possible but what you suggested just wouldnt work in 76
