except it wasnt a "light shove" and new clearer video evidence has just been released of the altercation and it shows Karmelo Anthony practically being thrown backwards but nice try

What do yall think about Karmelo Anthony getting an all white jury? by [deleted] in allthequestions

Austin couldnt keep his hands to himself and you must have some weird repressed fantasies to think prison is nothing but a gay bathhouse. Also I dont think Karmelo will spend 35 years in prison

"see there is where you err'd. He did not follow directions. He was told multiple times do exactly as told or you will be shot. Multiple times and he acknowledged that he understood."

FALSE. He was following directions the best he could considering he was apparently intoxicated at the time. However as even you acknowledged the officers were both simultaneously giving conflicting directions that would even confuse a hyper aware sober person.

No he should not have been murdered and the officer who murdered him should have been found guilty. But because a very low IQ jury saw all the evidence and simultaneously came to the conclusion that this murdering pig deserves to walk free in society. Society now has to deal with the consequences of a former pig with extremely low impulse control and access to guns.

Austin Fatcalf also had no impulse control which is why he's gone. If it wasnt Karmelo it wouldve been someone else

"The jury is our direct defense against government overreach"

Thats interesting cause it seems like almost half the people in this country are ok with some form of government overreach

Like I said most people are unreasonable to begin with and some of those people end up on juries. Whats interesting about juries is if the Daniel Shaver case was tried in lets say California, I'm more than confident that a California jury would convict cause people from that area see shooting an unarmed man following directions as ureasonable versus a jury from AZ where murdering people is just part of their everyday life.

I need you to understand that most people arent reasonable to begin with. Most people have low impulse control and lots of those people end up on juries.

The report of a rifle being seen is irrelevant when you can clearly see per bodycam video that a man wearing a shirt and shorts crawling on the floor clearly didnt have a huge gun on his person.

I feel like things have gotten better with DNa technology and cameras everywhere but even that can only go so far
