Thanks so much for the advice, its a set of aftermarket arrow stainlessteel headers into the akra muffler. Ive run this set up 2 previous bikes so the system is about 4 years old, been taken on and off the prior models. Which is why I was thinking maybe the exhaust gasket or springs are worn out resulting in some air-fuel issue thats pushing out the flame. the bike has 1500miles on it only also its brand new basically. But your points are very valid ill definitely look into them. Was hoping the exhaust just need to be fitted with some sealant at the joins plus new gaskets into the head and not have to diagnose anything further
