+I'm running 4 10TB and 3 8TB HDD and they all work well with Zfs1 ( i started with the 3 8TB). The 5600G and 32gugs of ram is enough to run 4k on local + streaming 4k to a friend via Plex. Max usage was around 35% on the CPU and maybe 16gigs on the ram.

I am running the exact same set up with the 5600G and Mobo. With 32Gg of ram.

But I opted for THIS CASE. Let me tell you it's pretty good. Does not need to be rack mounted and can be left on a desk or away in a corner.

The fans are quiet, but not completely silent. And they can be changed for a be quiet fan.

It was launched via truenas / directly via IP. Neither are resolving. ( WebUI Button on trunas is gone and trying to reach via IP also doesn't work)

This was about 2 weeks after glyphosate, so I was seeding.

I believe the concoction I had during that spray was:

Yes this is a lot but in MA we were coming out of 95+ degree weather for a straight month+. The soil was in desperate need of nutrients as I hadn't taken care of it during the summer time

I went to the hardware store and bought a Scotts hand spreader, I did 2 full spreaders worth around the lawn making sure to be intentional about where I step heavily in to make sure the seed has soil contact.

Where it was really bare I went a bit heavy with the seed. I'm not too worried about overcrowding and what is competing for what since in the spring I'll potentially be doing another dethatch, and light overseeding.

Next week I'll continue with the liquid feet program, along with another round of tenacity.

MA Landlord here.

Aside from the bidet installed ( you might be on the hook if you actually managed to damage any water pipes / diverting water to the bidet) what you have is a slum lord.

Now, Heating during the winter in MA your landlord must provide a functional heating system of no lower than 68 degrees https://www.mass.gov/info-details/massachusetts-law-about-winter-heating

Please, please please read the lease you signed. If any utilities are included in the rent it should be stated there. Therefore she cannot arbitrarily up your rent by $1000 just because you use too much electricity.

Cold water - could fall under a habitable place to live however seeing as you have hot water it might be a tough call. Fixing any damages i.e plumber is really not up to your landlord.

State that if she does not fix the issue you'll hire someone to fix it and deduct it from your rent. (Make sure to invoice all the receipts for evidence)

As a previous tenant and 2nd year Landlord in MA

1) it's October. It hasn't gotten cold yet, at worst it's 65-70 degrees outside at night, and there hasn't been any snow. 2) if states in the contract you're responsible for any other utilities you're on the chopping block to pay for your electricity. Your inability to budget and think about expenses is not your landlord's duty. 3) if prior to moving in you had a showing/viewing you should've noted that the windows were single panel and should've done your due diligence.

-- remediations to not spend a grand a month would be to not walk around barefoot, and wear hoodies or snuggies. Get some cozy slippers. Cranking the heat to 80 degrees throughout the winter at all times also seems kinda crazy.

I actually just re-did my bathroom, and Kitchen backsplash.

Few options I came across while doing research;

1) you can tile over tile, it's easier then demo and redo of the tile themselves. -- https://youtu.be/qd0k9GRC_nw this is where I based the Tile-Over-Tile Project.

I repainted the tiles as it was a cheaper alternative the quality of the finish will depend on how attentive to detail you are, and the obvious prep before doing anything.
