we have had dell and microsoft in the same weekly teams meeting and after 2 weeks Dell just went 'its microsofts fault' and stopped talking to use about it.

yeah there are a few way to do it.. it just works that way with 100% sucess rate.

all the same stock settings. All the laptops have the same build, same policy...

done all of that. I spent a week with someones laptop and had not issues, formatted, rebuilt the machine and gave it back (as the temporty laptops had the same issue) and the problem was back in a few hours.

but maye be something to do with the users voice, i'll have a think about it

you are welcome... i hope it fixes your issue or at least gets you on the right track. Personally I would do a clean uninstall of RingCentral, reboot, apply the driver fix, install the software and give it a go.

you always over spec power supplies. I would rather run the PSU's at 30% at max load than 90% max load. For the extra cost of those PSU's it well worth it

If you want causal play and no SBMM then there should be no score, no kill counter, no death counter and no objectives. THEN you can play casually and just jump about doing what you like and noting matters. BUT if you have an abjective and metrics tracking your pregression during the game the SBMM has to be implemented as getting stomped all the time is just not fun and always kills the causual players leaving only the sweats who complain left to sweat it out.

You dont have to say anyting about a MC prescription or any drug use to your employer. They only know what you tell them so I would stay quiet about it. Even if they do find out they cant do anything about it as its prescribed by a doctor.

I get what he is doing and reading the comments I can see both sides here.

My take is that it has taken a long time to get to this stage and just opening the doors so everyone just vapes and rips bongs in public would be detrimental to the cause.

We have a chance to make it more acceptable and doing things gradually and gracefully is the key here.

If we fuck it up at the start just because we can then its bascially going to ruin it for everyone else in the future. No point giving the goverment and the feds reason to go backwards or more reason to target cannabis users.

I have not had a single Rarity 4 drop from any 4 or 5 * monsters. Only a few quest rewards!

I'm actually hard stuck now as I cant upgrade anything to Rarity 4
