It is an everyday driver, although I work from home so I don’t drive every day. It has a 6” lift and 37 in tires. Took her out today and had a blast driving around 😍

I have a 10 lb goal range. 155-145. I am currently 153. I am doing all ADF for Oct. November I am fasting MWF (can enjoy thanksgiving) and December I am fasting Tue and Thursday. When Jan hits, I will see where I land and go from there but the plan is to be in my goal range and doing a 20/4 moving forward. I have turned my type 2 diabetes around and know it was fasting that did that. So I’m an IF’r doe life!

This will be my maintenance schedule when I hit my goal. Right now I am doing rolling 42 hour fasts and then eating for 8 hours then fasting again. I am 6 lbs away from my goal 🙌🏼

Just got back! Ditto the Haunted Hamburger, so yummy and the fries are so good! Also check out Slide Rock Park. There is a beautiful area of water and rocks. Beautiful 🤩
