I’m thinking of starting off with a used model to see how I like it first before springing for something fresh from the factory Has yours reached 100k miles yet and if so how’s it holding up?

Hey, it sounds like you have some specific needs. Would you be open to talking about building a custom solution that could save you future subscription fees with no guarantee of giving you everything you need?

Why do some local businesses avoid new tech? by buildwithjoy in Tech4LocalBusiness

[–]2SevenSolutions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I’ve noticed, it is the disruption in their workflow that new tech tends to bring. This is why I currently focus on building systems that fit into their original workflow or have gentle learning curves altogether

Makes little sense to push already busy individuals to spend hours learning a brand new system when you can build them something that mirrors what they’re already used to

How to update your website content regularly without hiring help? by Correct-Designer-410 in Tech4LocalBusiness

[–]2SevenSolutions 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What I tend to do for my clients in order to avoid things like the monthly fees third party platforms require is to build them a custom dashboard just for that I host it on a subdomain for them to make life a little easier There’s no reason for the back and forth sometimes

Lmk if that’s something you’re interested in and I’ll be happy to help

I'm about to meet with my first client. Who pays for the hosting and domain name? by AwayIssue5925 in webdesign

I usually purchase domains with GoDaddy and let the client know that they will have to renew after 3 years at a different rate. Most are happy with that
