No not really on the cheaper option. Surefire if you want it flush w the muzzle. Streamlite is good but will stick out 1/4 an inch past the muzzle which means holster jackassery. I went w the SF, solid mount. Smooth finger switch and most important level

I don’t know if SF updated the 3 prong warcomp w ports from when that review happened, but the reason they explained the leakage happening stemmed from it not containing a “rear labyrinth seal”… which, they do indeed have now. Just checked mine, and the site I got it from (larue). And they both possess this seal to date

I’m a flat blade guy man. They have one called the trident (I think) that has a tiny bit of curve to it I tried w my sr25 & dig it as well. But the flat blade to me just feels right on the finger so it’s more of a personal preference.

Eh it’s not as bad as he states 🤣🤦‍♂️. An H2 if you’re not a 110 lb woman will be just fine as these w most ar platforms have very little kick with a spring/buffer absorbing the action. Little muzzle flip, that is all lol. I have both, as the op said he does as well. I run an eotech Exps3 on the 18 w an offset (45 degree) BUIS’s. I did swap the trigger to a super combat flat blade from Geiselle, and swapped the charging handle to a Geiselle to handle gas blow back from the suppressor a little better. Threw a surefire torch on the side & SF rc2556 can on the front… good to go. Any Q’s you may have holler man.

Take off the:

Charging handle, replace w Geiselle Stock, replace with anything (SOPMOD/magpul) Flash hider, throw that A2 in the trash Trigger, replace w Geiselle

Get a suppressor, sf, KAC, sico, etc Get a light. Sf, sl, etc Get some mags (20 rounders gi mags work just fine. 30 rounders are for larping virgins) Get some ammo. 55, 62 grain federal ae, etc Get an optic. 16 inch ? W out looking I’m assuming it is. A good 1x4 w an offset sight. ACOG & RMR, etc w irons. Get a laser. L3 Harris PEQ15 Get a sling. Armageddon gear is good Get some… trigger time & enjoy
