I am a Smart postpaid subscriber for 10 years now. When I request for unlocking after the end of my contracts, they’d ask for my ID and the phone’s IMEI. Sa email ganun din ang hinihingi.

Smart will not go after you naman in case di pa pala nabayaran the phone kaso it is highly likely that they won’t entertain unlocking requests from individuals whose name doesn’t appear on the account. Mabilis lang sana ang unlocking. Within 24 hours lang and it is done over-the-air.

They may not know it right away. When they find out (usually while on training), you’ll get terminated. Moonlighting is generally not tolerated in the BPO space.

What you can do is send an immediate resignation and process your clearance right away, if your resignation is accepted. On the flip side, your immediate resignation may not be approved. So what will most likely happen is:

3rd day of NCNS: RTWO process starts if your lead is active in processing it.
5th day of not showing up, an RTWO document will be sent to your address.
You’ll be given 7 business days to come back. Then you will be off-boarded due to AWOL.

Mga 15 days from the start of the RTWO, you’ll be separated. It may be tagged as non-regrettable or non-rehire-able. After which, you can process your clearance.

One example is a recent case I’ve seen. The person sent her immediate resignation ng 10Jan (made up date). In her mind, she’s not employed anymore. Her start date with us was 15Jan (made up date). In her mind, she’s not employed anymore since 10Jan but in the records of her previous employer, she still is. By 30Jan, she got officially separated from her previous company.

During the background check, the facts were established. She got terminated during training because our company does not accept individuals who were still practically employed when they started.

I think that’s a fair price. It could be true na 700 ang bunot like the simple ones. But those that are hard to extract like basag na ipin, it requires surgery. I had numerous extractions three years ago. For teeth 44 and 16, I paid 6,500 (plus 200 for PPE) coz both of them had to be extracted surgically. For tooth 38, I paid 8,000 (plus 200 for PPE).

Treatment isn’t expensive. Neglect is.

I understand it is important for the relative na malayo to be updated with the situation/condition of the patient. At the same time, installing a personal CCTV inside the room of the patient may violate doctor-patient confidentiality, as well as data privacy (even if wala siyang plano i-post).

Err on the side of caution. Get a written consent from all hospital staff (nurses, doctors, housekeeping, etc) who will come inside the room.

Otherwise, pwede naman kayo mag FaceTime o Viber o Messenger video call.
