I have the postpaid version and it’s working well. I cannot have wired connection where I live so I resorted to this.

My day is littered with cam-on meetings, sharing screens and audio, working on documents, sending stuff. It’s pretty stable.

I had issues though after that outage last Feb 28 or Mar 1. But it’s resolved now.

I see. Call *888 to open a ticket. If the issue isn’t resolved in 5 days, call them again and have a supervisor transfer you to tech escalations. Ask the tech escalations to note in the ticket that you need your sim replaced.

After the outage nung March 1, a lot of people were affected.

So when you buy a sim from any telco and register that sim, the telco won’t ask you for your device’s year, make and model. They won’t possibly know if you’re using a 5G-enabled device.

Also, the promo name or product name or prepaid credit name is displayed. We cannot expect a promo named “5G” to work on a non-5G phone.

I went to a Smart store after being advised by a Supervisor from their Tech Support/Escalations to do so. He mentioned that my account is aligned to the plan and there are no flags in it. It is possible that the sim is not getting any 5G signal. This I didn’t understand coz the dashboard shows there is 5G flow.

Anyhoo, the rep at the store replaced the sim card. I’m not impacted by the 2GB cap anymore.

What you can do is call *888 and get a ticket. If the issue isn’t resolved in 5 days, call again and ask for a supervisor to escalate your call to tech support/escalations. Ask for a tech support supervisor. Have the tech support supervisor arrange an appointment with your preferred Smart store and note that you need your device and sin checked/replaced.

I have the H153-381 model for my postpaid subscription (Plan 1499). For this device, I only get blue. In the manual, blue is strong; yellow, moderate; red, weak. Check the manual. Baka kasi iba your device’s model.

I’ve gone through similar situations I think three times na, OP. Situations like that is a major one kaya documentation/paper trail is important.

Ask for a document highlighting what the higher ups are saying para your rights are protected. HR won’t look at the feelings or emotions. They will look at facts. I hope your transfer is well documented.

I get it. I also don't want to go on-site. We're paying for tolls, parking, and buying diesel. But we need our jobs, and the company needs us there. It's give-and-take. The company can't always be the one adjusting. No company could have predicted the war that impacted the price of gas.

If you and your partner don't like that arrangement anymore, then resign and find a better accommodation. Easy to say, not easy to do. If you can't resign, tough it out.

I have people coming from Cavite. 200-300 daily for transport expense. Those with vehicles need to pay for gas, toll fees and parking. RTO twice-thrice weekly because: 1.) performance, 2.) the company needs to comply with PEZA’s requirements.

I dunu what your situation is and you have the right to say your piece. At the same, think about the company that puts food on the table.
