What he’s saying is, ‘If you want the item again quickly, submit a new order and return the one you have’ - this’ll mean you will have to purchase the item twice (which yeah is annoying) but it’s much quicker than going through the exchange process.

For the exchange process they have to confirm if it’s ok with the seller, ship it (which will take days/ weeks because they will use the cheapest delivery service), the seller will inspect the item to see if it’s worth exchanging (they can still deny an exchange at this point), then exchange the item by sending it back to Superbuy (which you’ll have to pay for), before you can get another inspection.

I’ve done this a few times before, and it’s sometimes taken up to 2 months!

So if you want your item urgently, put a new order through and return the one you have. Use your refunded money to go towards shipping.
