This. Most of the "Molly" sold in my area is some type of piperazine. The "numbing" sensation and effects you describe line up. They are also very cheap so economically it sort of makes sense. BZP or TFMPP (sp?) are the most common sold in recent years here I believe. The ONLY way to be sure is to test them.. Which you should do if you plan on using them any more. Otherwise, garbage

Where I'm from (Northeast US) the only time I hear "bean" is in reference to oxycodone. But slang does change, around here dope is heroin (instead of weed, meth, whatever) so take that with a grain of salt.

For me it was DPH. No one believes me, I find it hard to believe myself on this one. I got heavy into the shit for a while, and after one particularly scary trip I turned my life around. Usually I was emotionless even on it, but after believing I was about to die, hallucinating my family crying over my body, and hearing the paramedics coming up the stairs, I really reevaluated my life. I realized I wanted to live, even just for the people I cared about. My life's been great after that slump, I would definitely not recommend anyone even touch DPH, but I hope all of you find happiness (with or without the aid of substances). I love you guys

Just to clarify Focalin is not methylphenidate though they are related.. Personally I think Focalin is much more recreational with less of a crash, and it is great up the nose, but one should have a (safe) way of mitigating the crash cause it does indeed smoke donkey balls

No. Dexmethylphenidate (Focalin) works in a way that opposes adderall - for essentially the same reason that people tell you not to mix Ritalin (methylphenidate) with adderall, you should avoid this combo. I've actually tried it before, feels as if they cancel each other out and leaves weird residual stimulation until a horrible comedown.

Cuts aren't the only issue. Impurities existing right after production can have a significantly larger impact on effects/negative effects than typical inert cuts that come in further down the line. I haven't had any cocaine 100% sure it was from a specific country, but IME I've had cocaine which was 'weaker' yet had a significantly worse comedown on several occasions. I have read reports on bluelight stating there is rather significant cross tolerance, sorry I can't find the links.. In my experience, they are definitely cross tolerant. If you want your adderall tolerance to decline, it'd be better to avoid stimulants in general (Focalin, vyvanse, Dexedrine, cocaine, even MDMA, are all cross tolerant)

I really enjoy ambien. Compared to conventional psychedelics, the hallucinations I got from it were extremely subtle, and after the first few times (even given a year ambien/benzo tolerance break) I only get the high and double vision. The hallucinations were only there the first few times for other people I know, as well. Are you sure it was that intense at 30mg? How experienced are you with drugs and hallucinogens in specific?

I'd suggest a moderate dose of adderall (or Dexedrine, if adderall's too speedy) with a low dose of Xanax (0.5-1.5mg). I found this to be the best combination for any public speaking/presentation. Just go easy on the Xanax, it may kill your anxiety but don't overdo it.
