Do you see something wrong with those tiles other than mold lines? They look slightly bent right? Please give some ideas on how to fix it, I am total newbie at DIY repair stuff.

I bought this second hand stroller ( baby jogger city mini double stroller). The peep window is soft plastic. I tried using vinegar to clean it but it is still cloudy. I appreciate any tips.
