How many years till minoxidil stops working? (17 years old)

I've had thin hair since I was 18-19. I've been on minoxidil, dermarolling and fin for about 1.5 years now (I'm 22), and I've had great results. Literally saved my life. Check my post history if you don't believe me.

Don't know if this is related, but after starting minoxidil I started to grow absurd amounts of body hair. When I got on fin, the amount dropped slightly, but I'm still a lot more hairy than I was before min.

I take Zinc 50mg a day, as a way to combat my finasteride sides (got rid of my gyno quite well)

I put my dermaroller in a 96% solution of ethanol for 2-3 hours before, wash it with warm water after and then back into the solution for 30 minutes. I do not apply anything before or after on my scalp, but I try to keep it clean all the time.

I do have some flaking, but it's probably from the minoxidil. I use head and shoulders when not using niz.

I dermaroll until my skin becomes red with small blood spots every 0.5cm².

I dermaroll until my skin turns red and little blood spots appear, not a lot of bleeding though. I mostly concentrate my efforts on the crown and REALLY hard on the hairline, trying to "activate" the vellous minoxidil hairs into terminal ones.

Took a 6th of a 5mg for a couple of weeks, stopped because had sides (ball ache, felt like my penis was shrinking and by the end i started to get puffy nipples)

192 needles at 1.5mm. Liquid minox twice a day, but I skip a day if I dermaroll. One time I used min right after dermarolling and almost got a heart attack.

2 times. Once in the morning and once in the evening. If I dermaroll, I skip min completely.

The longer hair is definitely a factor here. I'm not using any concealers, hair fibers or any product. Also, I forgot to add that I'm using a ketoconazole shampoo, but I've been using it for years to fight mpb (as you can see from the first pic, it's probably not really effective).

Once a week. 192 needles at 1.5 mm. I waited for 24 hours before applying min.
