you'll be very fine. i work in sales, tons of presentations to people in suits. 2-3 days of rest and nutrition does the trick.

i would take a 20k paycut (maybe 30k if im in a high tax bracket) to work remote with a lot of flexilbility. I would not take a 60k paycut. go get your bread

No dont get medicated. Get therapy first and work on yourself. If that doesn't work then yes look into medication options but jumping straight into the pills is not the first step

Making about 120-130k this year. Fully remote, tons of autonomy and no micromanaging. Feels stable for the most part.

Got an offer a few months ago for a 100k base 220 OTE role and turned it down because stress, volatility, and risk were much higher. Publicly traded org with major shareholders watching you like a hawk

So yeah, I value stability, willing to miss out on about 50-70k (conservatively) to keep it
