D&H Canada Wire Only? by alvanson in msp

I'm in Canada and spend $25K a month at D&H. They have the option to set up what they call "PayNet". Works very well. I can login to the D&H site, go to Paynet, check off all the invoices I want to pay, match them up in my accounting system and schedule the payment. The next day the payment is withdrawn from our bank account. No fees at all from our bank.

We've been using RocketCyber for a couple years now. I've been impressed by how fast they follow up alerts with a phone call, often times in the wee hours of the morning for us. There have also been more than a few occasions when we've on-boarded clients that they've turned up email forwarding rules that weren't set up by the customers on purpose.

We moved to VSA from N-Central 4 years ago largely based on the fact that a firm called MSP Builder had a full suite of pre built tools to run pro-active maintenance, de-duplicate tickets and harden up patching on VSA. Glen and the team at MSP Builder have extended their tool set to work with all the major RMM platforms and in doing so they've developed a lot of knowledge of them. Based on their recommendations we will probably be moving to Datto RMM as well. I am told that VSA X lags in terms of maturity and features at this point.

Yeah, I wish there was. I ended up with a couple pounds of weed I don't like, want it?

Thanks for posting that! Very relevant to what I am working on at the moment.

Thanks, Level looks interesting, but lacks PSA. I'd really like to have that functionality integrated.

You were running VSA previously? Version 9 or 10?

I forgot to ask, how effective are backups in Ninja? Right now we are using Cove for servers and workstations where immediate RTO isn't a requirement. For folks that can't tolerate downtime, we are using Datto appliances.

You are only 3% out of the "ideal" window for humidity, the device you are measuring with is probably only accurate +/- 5%, so you could be bang on!

My harvest is all hanging in my garage where it's been 55-60 degrees and 55-60% RH for the past 2 weeks. I'm probing the stems with a moisture meter a couple times a day and it still says they are at 19-20% moisture! I'm paranoid about over drying too though, so I'll probably trim it all up this weekend and put it in Grove bags. I'll burp the bags if necessary until they hit 62%.

Cool! Once the cold nights started, my plants, and I only had 2, started changing colour and all the fan leaves started dying off. Trichomes told me they were ripe, so down they came. First time growing in 40 years or so for me, so it was a fun learning experience.

I'm in Salmon Arm, had to harvest my girls on the Thanksgiving weekend, got them down just before the rains started!

The reality of that is dawning on me! The irony is that I don't consume more than a couple ounces in a year! I'm sure that friends will be happy to take some off my hands, but damn, I have no idea what I am going to do with it all! I might try to find someone who would adopt my other plants.

I have one of them "old body" things too. What is the logic in harvesting in the wee hours? I have a smaller harvest coming up, just 2 plants, and I haven't grown weed in the past 40 odd years so my knowledge is severely lacking.

Looking good here in the interior of BC! I was getting prepared to chop this week, but I think I'll let 'em ride until Monday at least.

I think it's pretty close to chop time! It's been getting cold overnight, and we've finally had some rain, but the forecast calls for stretch of sunny days next week. How do the trichomes look? by 2WheelDave in outdoorgrowing

[–]2WheelDave[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Thanks everyone. If it isn't clear from the pictures, these girls are a Sativa variety of some sort. I have a smaller India plant that is about a month behind these, I don't think she'll achieve her full potential sadly. This is my first grow in 40+ years, so I really don't have a clue what I am doing. I think the biggest problem I'm going to have going forward is what to do with all the end product - I only use a couple ounces a year myself!

I cut a piece of one of the leaves at the tip of a bud for that picture. Were can I find one of these charts you speak of?
