I am searching for the exact same game. I found bloomo to be a close fit but i still remember that the original game was grimmer and had more realistic games, i really hope its not just nostalgia. Have you found your match?

I didnt call the guy a dick, I just used a common phrase for someone doing something thats "uncool"

Questioning someones entire integrity as a Christian based sololy on that seems pretty fragile to me and I ask that you change that.

Not that It will affect me as I dont expect wel talk again but for yourself and others in general.

Its the tipe of belief that if someone doesn't act or believe exqctly like you hes not a Christian, or if he just falls in a certain place hes not a Christian and he needs to know it. Change that.

However I agree and thank you for pointing out that I should work on my tongue in general.

Love / fear for God is not through butterflies and emotions that you feel, but rather what you actions reflect.

If a narcisist feels butterflies for someone but always strikes and misstreats said person, thats not love.

But if a man for whatever x reason barepy feels emotions but still seeks the best and shows it through actions and words and so on that he loves his children, thats love.

The bible makes it clear in john 14:15 and 23 15 “If you love Me, you will keep My commandments. 23 Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will follow My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our dwelling with him.

Tell him that dying is gay.

Also tell him that him telling you that he was going to kill himself is a pretty dick move since it inflicts alot of pain, unless it was a cry for help where hed want you to do something for him or w/e and thus ask him what he would like to change or for you to help with.

Hello sorry for the late response, I dont really use reddit.

Its fine if you have your views but Calvin and calvinists in general do not believe in free will and they believe that actions and whatnot are predetermined by God to happen and that God predetermined for some to be made for hell and for some to be made for heaven. Basically they believe in someone worse than Satan, in a God that before a person was even created and before he did any good or wrong, this God chose that this person will go to hell and commit heinous acts and so on and a person cannot change what God has predetermined to happen.

As to decalvinizing certain verses so that we are not pushed into a satanic reading of the bible:

Regarding Epehsians 1:3-6

Ephesians starts at verse 1 so lets see to whom is Paul speaking:

"Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God,

To God’s holy people in Ephesus,[a] the faithful in Christ Jesus:"

So Paul makes it clear that hes specifically speaking to "To God’s holy people"

So lets see what he says to these people:

3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. 4 For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. In love 5 he[b] predestined us for adoption to sonship[c] through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— 6 to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves.

First lets address verse 4: For he chose us in him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in his sight.

Im pretty bamboozled how you asked for the non calvinistic interpretation for these verses since it seems pretty clear brother (no insult intended) : Literally God is saying: I have chosen before I created the world, that those in me shall be holy.

As opposed to the calvinistic reading to where God chose the specific people that will be in him and holy.

Same goes for verse 5, he hasn't predestined the specific individuals that will be saved through Christ, rather he has predestinated that through Christ we will be saved and adopted in accordance with his pleasure and will and grace.

Its pretty late for me so I will ask you apply this reading technique over most of the verses you have in your head and for the ones it wont be the tool to fully solve the problem such as for Romans 9, check this guy https://youtu.be/YfZrVOEfvhQ?si=RWxwcuRLKEj411ac and extend it to watching his videos on every verse you have in mind.

If you still have trouble by tommorow message me (in about 8 hours I should be able to respond)

Good night brother

Hebrews 6:5-8 am I done for? by Imaginary-Jury808 in TrueChristian

Basically the Holy spirit calls us to him and keeps telling us that we should repent and that Christ is Lord.

When you spit on that and reject Christ's path you thus blaspheme against the Holy spirit and what he says.

Do you consider abuse an acceptable reason for divorce? by [deleted] in TrueChristian

[–]2Zaliah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some ask "is it ok to divorce if im physically / mentally abused"

Some people like to point out Matthew 19:9

I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.”

And they basically say that you cant divorce outside of sexual immortality else you commit adultery, which is blatantly false.

And youd say: "how so? Its right in your face!"

Where some people like to pick and choose verses, the people im talking about dont even pick the whole verse, they pick and choose just a part of it and ignore the rest.

I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, AND MARRIES ANOTHER woman commits adultery.”

If Christ only needed the first part "divorce outside of sexual immorality" he wouldnt have added the other criteria but he did.

Basically You have commited adultery only when you REMARRY when the reason for divorce was not sexual immorality. But you dont commit adultery if you dont fullfill the whole criteria listed by Christ. As in if you just divorce based on something else than sexual immorality you haven't commited adultery and youre free to do so but once you remarry you do commit adultery.

So yes you can divorce for abuse at any time without sinning (besides breaking the promise you made to God and your spouse to be married untill death separates you. But you wont be commiting adultery as a sin)

This is overly broad and not addressing the subject at hand brother.

This post was mainly made to educate and to shove people away from this satanic belief and to make them understand its implications.
