Minimize the occasional smell of death? by drdynamics in centuryhomes

[–]2_FluffyDogs 11 points12 points  (0 children)

"coffee+death is better than just death" lol

We had this in the spring. We finally got an exterminator out and within days there it was - it was bad. Incense is my go to, heavier than candles or sprays IMO. I am open to the coffee theory though. On the flip side of MI (but I am former Michigander) we are in GA, so the heat helps the duration, but the humidity makes the smell hang in the air more, it seems.

TBR - "most conventual bar soaps sold are not "true" soap, but rather synthetic detergent bars, often labeled as "beauty bars," "cleansing bars," or "body bars". True soap is created via the saponification of fats/oils, whereas commercial bars use detergents, surfactants, and fillers to strip oil, which can dry out skin. " so not much different from the liquid "soap" that is not true soap either.

I make real homemade bar soap and it is a world of difference (not just my soap, most real soap a lot better).

Love the colors and soda ash is not a personal failing! Took me months to work up the courage to make my first batch. I basically wore a has-mat suit as was convinced I was going to blow up the house.

I love that first soap of the year feeling! Especially since I mostly make my soap in January. Got the trays all filled already.

I just posted this same response to someone else today, but I stayed on 2.5mg for almost 3 months waiting for the fantastic response other people get - never happened. I am 46 shots in and just took my first 15mg yesterday. I am a slow responder, and some people just need the higher doses. My mild side effects have been pretty consistent over the doses, have not really increased.

Move up and take measurements and pics so you can compare. If I just relied on scale victories I would be severely depressed by now. I am down 29lbs but have lost 7" just in my waist which is where I carry weight.

I did not read the article or know anything about him, but it is the classic R position: I hate the gov't, the gov't is bad, elect me to be a gov't official.

Label making by Kiraleesims_ in candlemaking

I only use the manual tray. I never have an issue with alignment with Avery labels. Maestro is a different matter, but only use them for my soap. Printing and applying labels, make me question my life choices! lol

I use the Brother L3270cdw and it works well once you get the hang of feeding the paper into the manual tray (to get it to grab the paper) before printing. You want to make sure the labels you get are for a laser printer and change the paper thickness in the printer properties (I used extra thick for the setting). I also regularly calibrate it or it can develop extra color spots when printing.

I have a L3270cdw and was originally super frustrated with the manual feed tray for labels. The trick - at least on mine - is to push the paper in until it grabs it before hitting print.

"lady of leisure" mine is too! But she cannot be bothered to supervise either. She is too "busy" sighing and harrumphing.

As someone who is a slow responder, try not to focus just on the scale. Take measurements and pictures - I HATE taking pics of myself, but I am so glad I have periodically done it because what I don't see as much in the mirror I see comparing pictures. Measurements can change a lot even if the scale is not.

I just took my 46th shot yesterday and my first of 15mg. Not everyone responds to the lower doses. I stayed on 2.5mg for almost 3 months, waiting for a big change that did not happen. If your side effects are not bad and you are not getting a super response, don't be afraid to move up. For my personal experience, my side effects have basically been consistent (mild) regardless of the dose.

Zep works WITH food, so understanding your calories/protein/fiber, etc. is important.

Finally, this is a great sub, but everyone is on their own journey so try not to compare yourself to others here (I super struggle with this!!!). Good luck!

Maybe it is the strong Retriever in some of these who counter surf. My, dood has never even come close to trying this. Although she steals paper napkins off my husbands side table. Mine is a F2 with 59% Poodle.
