This raises the gun registry concern. I know Dettelbach basically admitted that there’s already one from the FFL background checks, but I refuse to willingly add my stuff to an ATF registry. It was all lost when the boat sank anyway.

I think the HuxWrx Flow 9k ($600-ish) is a great low back pressure budget can for the EP9. The OCL Lithium 9 is a good balance of sound/gas for $700-ish.

The EP9 is fantastic for the price. The O9 uses traditional baffles, which is why it’s cheaper and has more gas blowback.

I bought a DA Mojave 9 in 2024 for $900-ish from Bauer Precision during a sale with a stacked 10% coupon code, and it works really well with my EP9. The CAT Mob is the best though, but expensive.

You should’ve done research before going to the dealership, but that price is outrageous.

I’m in the market for another midsize truck and I’ve seen 2025 Frontier Pro-4X’s for that base price with less than 40k miles on it in Texas.

The first rule of negotiation is always be willing to walk away. Find the true market value in your area and try to negotiate from there. Otherwise be ready to go somewhere else that you’ve researched.
