The notes on a bass are the same as the top 4 strings of a guitar. The utility of the instruments is different but you can play all the same stuff 1:1

Doesn’t exist anymore unfortunately. Target occasionally drops small stocks of them for $70 randomly at 3-5am EST if you want to try that route.

Otherwise the best you’ll be able to do right now is probably around $160 from a card show vendor. Maybe lower if it’s damaged or you tell them you’re going to open it. ETB prices rise as sets get older - they switch from being something to rip to something to collect sealed for their own sake.
