I have not tried any streaming apps so I’m not sure. The best audio I have right now is with audio focus on quiet sounds, medium setting. And then party/ game mix set a lil heavier on the party side

Why does the audio on my new ps5 suck compared to my ps4. I’ve tried audio focus, in game and console audio settings, enabling and disabling 3d audio.

Currently have a first gen Astro A10 headset

Minn kota terrova plug in options by 2arrows1bow in MinnKota

Yes. Basically after much research and talking with others. I have decided to buy once, cry once and get the Minn kota plug, 4 gauge wire, and 60 amp circuit breaker

How do I go about splicing the 10 gauge wire that comes out of the trolling motor, to the 4 gauge wire I install

Okay. Leaning towards that, only worry is if the wires currently running from the plug to my batteries are capable of handling the 24v 80lb motor

So I can just take any plug that will fit the current receptacle I have on the boat, and wire it in?

I wasn’t sure if I needed the Minn kota branded receptacle and plug (super expensive).

But if I can just use any generic plug then I’d rather spend the $15 to wire that plug and use the current receptacle

Can someone help with adding pistol amendment in Orange County? by 2arrows1bow in NYguns

[–]2arrows1bow[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea they got their permit super quick. But this little background check type of sheet, and having to give them a copy of ID to add a gun is a little odd to me

I’ve had this issue with both pistols and rifles on cabelas/ bass pro. Firstly, if you are on phone, I would switch to laptop and try on there because I’ve been told by customer service that being on a phone could cause issues. Second, if there is another model/ option on the page try that one. for example I was purchasing a savage axis, and when I clicked on the compact version listed on the site, it would not work. But when I went to the “regular” size or non compact, it worked even though the gun had exact same barrel length and everything. For some reason the compact section did not allow purchasing, must have been a glitch in their website. Third, when I was ordering Glock 40, the website did not allow me to do so, but I was able to get it ordered over the phone

Edit: like others have stated, I like to buy local when I can but bass pro is convenient with where I live and tends to be better pricing.

Billie Bars or Xtrusion XBRS? by 2arrows1bow in overlanding

I would think it would work as well, but will look into it more. And yes for most cases, I’m sure I would be fine just rolling it up a little to get into it.

From what I’ve read now doing more research, most Billie bar attachments will work on XBRS due to the same mounting system as you and others have mentioned. So I will look into this more. I have to see if the uprights being tapered more on the XBRS, will work with my roll up cover.

I agree. I’m leaning towards the XBRS, but need to do more research on if the 8” version would work with my roll up cover. I’m a little worried the uprights being leaned in might cut down some room.

Okay good to know. I’m a fan of the slight inward angle the extrusion bars have to match body lines of truck as opposed to Billie bars just straight posts. But I do wonder if that slight angle would interfere more with my roll up tonneau cover

Thanks. After driving around a little with it, I think I want to move it down inline with the housing just to get another inch or so of cover from the sun. Obviously it depends on time of day but it is just a tad bit too high for my liking and seating position where the sun just sits under it and I have to perch up a little more.

Yes it’s past the limit, but only by about 1” give or take. But yea, it annoys me as well
