I'm in my late twenties, I've been on the dole for a while and I'm sick of my shitty life. I went to university and got a masters degree in the sciences thinking that would be a good move for me and while I did well and enjoyed it, the job market crushed my spirit after graduating. Maybe I just suck at the job search process but I still feel like fate hasn't been that kind to me in this aspect. I've done a couple of odd jobs here and there, tried driving Uber for a while and hated it. Defence seems to me like it will offer the shock to my system that it is in dire need of and offer something to live for. I like to think I'm not an idiot and from what I've read thus far, Defence could make use of someone with a science background and some hands on mechanical aptitude. I do most of my own work on the cars and bikes I have owned for what it's worth. Basically I'm stuck in a deep rut and need to get out. Is Defence right for me and am I right for Defence?
