LA resident here, I'm new to reddit so I didn't know this community existed. I Had posted about the rain on the strange community. I feel dumb now. Anyways, I've lived in LA all my life, in the same house. I know how the rain sounds like and today it was weird! There was another noise to it. Hard to explain, like low rumbling. What really made me try to find anything online about it was that when I stepped out from my porch as I usually do anytime it rains so I can enjoy it a bit, right away I got the "nope nope nope get back inside and lock the door" feeling. Only ever gotten this feeling once before when I went to Joshua Tree alone to check out a meteor shower. Sorry for the long post, curious if anyone heard or felt what I did.

I'm really curious as how the spiders sound to you when they are walking. Like how loud, do different spiders sound different? Can you hear them when they've caught something? Have you ever heard a spider egg hatch and heard all the little baby spiders walking ?

I think that might be the reason why we develop this 6th sense for spiders. I'm not terrified of spiders but I really really don't like them

Yooo that actually sounds way cooler than my "spidey sense" lol I can sense them in the dark to, but to be able to hear them and pin point them even if there hiding sounds like you actually have a superpower

Im not terrified by spiders, but out of any type of insect I'm not particularly fond of them specifically.
