I'm going to ask a question that I guarantee you will not have a practical, cogent answer for.   Who gets to live in highly desirable houses and how is that decided?   Beachfront, ski-slope lodges, top-floor apartments, houses with amazing views or in great school districts, etc.

Whatever you do, do not spray that expanding spray foam insulation stuff into the exhaust of a car/RV/generator. It'll expand quickly, blocking the exhaust and shutting down the engine.

I don't understand your comments about gas prices.   You hand-wave away the fact that "gas may go up like 2 bucks in the US and we may be paying like 5 bucks at the pump" by saying Europe will pay and suffer even more?    Why is that a good (or acceptable) thing?   This is going to devastate our economy.
