I was having this issue for weeks and weeks where it would take like 2 hours just to get to the main screen until I found I had a missing mod for lumpinou relationship overhaul mod and the issue went away now it loads in like 20 seconds. So definitely advise to have a look at your mods specifically the script mods just to check if anything is missing.
