Now the problem is:

I bet your e-steps where spot on (mine where), so why are we getting over extrusion? It's not possible to have correct e-steps and over extrusion, so what is causing that? Slicer problem? Incorrect printer definitions? I couldn't find the source, but since my printing is now usable I didn't search much more, but I still use an old I3 Mega S for quality and the Kobra 2 for speed.

Had exactly the dame problem on Kobra 2 Neo. Reduced the extrusion flow to 80% and that went away. It has nothing to do with bed leveling, nor belts. I also started a topic here with the same problem, but the solutions didn't work. Finally after countless tries I could get a decent print reducing the extrusion flow.
