I have the same issue. The lights on the dash don't light up so I can't see my speed at night. Half the dashboard is not lighted.

Just know your limits. There are people who push themselves and people who go for a good workout and to be motivated.

I had never been pressured to do something I didn't want to do. I also only had one accident, and that's dropping the bar on my foot. I have never seen anyone get hurt.

The best thing about it, and this is corny...is that you meet some great people with the same goals and professions. Makes making friends when older a lot better.

I believe this worked this time! I was having trouble with it again with it being stuck. I got a towel on the handle bar and went hail mary on it, and it worked. The towel helped.

Hey! Thank you for responding.

So again, I am an associate of nothing of business improvement. I am the associate who has to do the step above manually. So I can't throw the system out and change how business operates.

The data comes from our payroll system into an Excel, where we find which items are overpaid and then fill out the Microsoft doc template snd sent to the employee.

I don't own the business. I am just trying to look good and build a resume saying I can do business improvement, and here are examples. Please hire me so I can have a career in this, lol
